Our Story
Bright Bloom was founded with a deep personal and professional connection to the healthcare experience. The company's inspiration came from the founders' own family struggles - the loss of their mother to COVID-19 in October 2020, and the difficult journey of caring for their grandfather as he battled lung cancer and dementia until his passing in January 2024.
Drawing from these poignant experiences, the founders witnessed firsthand the vital importance of having a compassionate, supportive healthcare system to lean on when caring for beloved family members. They saw the need for a more personalized approach that treats the whole person, not just their medical conditions.
Bright Bloom Healthcare was born out of this profound understanding, with the mission to provide the kind of empathetic, trustworthy care the founders wished they could have accessed during those challenging times. Located in Tempe, AZ, Bright Bloom is committed to being a healthcare partner the community can rely on.

At Bright Bloom Healthcare, our unwavering commitment lies in providing patient-centered, non-medical in-home care. We recognize the diverse needs of our clients and tailor our services accordingly. Our adept team of certified home health aides collaborates seamlessly to deliver top-notch in-home care. But we go beyond mere assignments: we meticulously match our caregivers based on the unique needs, interests, and personalities of our clients.
Our rigorous screening process ensures that only the best caregivers join our team. National background checks, professional reference reviews, First Aid and CPR Certified, TB Testing, and drug tests are standard practice.
Plus, we offer flexibility—there are no minimum service hours required, and our care extends even to holidays. Prior to service, our trained and qualified Care Coordinators meet with each client to create a personalized care plan.
